They are filming in malacca. in another few days time, they will be heading to ipoh. filming's been pretty smooth-going so far and hopfully it'll continue this way. the weather has been quite good (minimal disruptions to our filming schedule).

This love serial centres on Xiaoyue, a tour guide, and Jiawei. They meet each other when they are in the same tour group to Penang. After going through a scary hostage incident, they find strength for each other and fall in love. However, their love is not smooth sailing……
傅小月是一活泼的导游。有一天，她带团到槟城去游玩，在无意中撞破她男友的奸情。Xiaoyue, a young tour guide, is heart-broken when she discovers that her boyfriend Andrew is two-timing her.
为了要成为明星，凯琪决定与家伟分手，追求自己的理想。Kaiqi decides to break off with Jiawei so that she could pursue her goal to become a movie star.
家伟与小月各自与爱人分手后，两人对彼此产生好感，都想进一步的发展这段感情。During the journey, both Jiawei and Xiaoyue feel good for each other. They want to further develop their new relationship.
家伟不管母亲的反对，决定筹备与小月的婚礼。Despite his mother’s objection, Jiawei goes ahead with his plan of marrying Xiaoyue.
家伟与小月排除万难，终于结为夫妻。另一方面，Charles 也受聘进入了美美的眼镜公司。While Jiawei is happily married to Xiaoyue, Charles joins Meimei’s firm as spectacles designer.
小月嫁入庄家后，却不为家婆所容，两人争吵不休，难于相处。After her marriage, Xiaoyue is unable to maintain a harmonious relationship with her mother-in-law.
木讷的Henry对美美有好感，展开追求。但美美拒绝了Henry的好意。Henry falls in love with Meimei. But the latter rejects his advances.
凤娇遇上骗子，损失了一笔钱。小月得知后，便设计取回那笔钱。 Fengjiao has lost a big sum of money to a cheat. Luckily Xiaoyue helps her to recover the money.
小爱被坏人所逼拍小电影，幸而小月得知，便用计把小爱救出。Xiaoai is forced by a gang to act in a R-rated movie. Xiaoyue, who learns of her plight, comes to her rescue.
小爱到美美的公司上班，并要求调到Charles 的部门。但她的要求被美美否决。Xiaoai joins Meimei’s firm and wants to work under Charles. But Meimei turns down her sister’s request.

年度大戏 - 【小娘惹】重金打造、卡司坚强！
故事说什么？黄菊香（欧萱饰）出生在娘惹大家族，自幼聋哑，外表甜美温柔，内心刚强。家人要她嫁给某商人当填房，她拒绝，毅然离家出走；后来遇到了日籍摄影师江口洋介，并和结婚，两人育有一名女儿月娘（欧萱分饰）。战乱时期，江口洋介被征召入伍，黄菊香也不幸死在战乱中。月娘被带回黄家，却常被欺负，甚至当佣人使唤，甚至还被逼害，差点溺毙于水井之中……她邂逅了当地名门之子陈锡（戚玉武饰），两人坠入爱河，却被众人棒打鸳鸯。黄家人逼月娘嫁给猪肉贩刘一刀，她反而和他结为兄妹……黄家错综复杂的爱恨情仇，让月娘受尽委屈，但是她仍然勇往直前，甚至学会做生意，最后挽救了面临破产的黄家。

洪乙心 饰演 黄美玉她是黄家的长女，也是陈盛(方展发饰)的妻子。婚后一直无法获得陈盛欢心，导致她郁郁寡欢。后来，她为了黄家，想办法让陈锡和黄珍珠（郭蕙雯饰）结婚；后来为了阻止江口月娘和陈锡在一起，企图把月娘溺毙在井里。
洪乙心说：“我觉得如果（娘惹服）剪裁好的话，可以帮助收腰。我觉得我们真的是‘大小姐’，这些衣服的扣子很难扣，还要知道怎么卷沙龙、系腰带,我们都不会，要去学怎么要绑，绑到连打架沙龙都不会掉……我很喜欢头上的‘小花’头饰，看起来很清纯。哈。”
“戏剧的后期我的角色会由清纯小姐转变成‘恶毒妇人’；由于我喜欢的男人喜欢上小妈的女儿，我就想了一些计谋害她。”

Apple's Magical Journey
Apple was nominated for the new comers award with her pretty looks; she was often saying to be Su Qi and Song Hui Qiao look-alike. Because of this, she achieves many chances to act in different variety show. In year 2001, she was given a chance to join either TCS or Channel U and she decided to lay her faith in Channel U. A little-known fact is that Apple was already a host for a Chinese infotainment programme while pursuing her degree in Malaysia Institute of Arts (majoring in TV production). Adding to her hosting experiences are programmes like (都市男女) and (食不可挡) with famous TV chef Chen Hong in Taiwan. Of the various dramas, Apple has also been involved in many regional co-productions acting alongside international artistes like Ouyang Zhen Hua (欧阳震华), Nick Cheung (张家辉), Anita Yuen (袁咏仪), Qin Han (秦汉), Mi Xue (米雪) and Ng Meng Tat (吴孟达). Apple strikes one as a very affable girl and is a recognized face everywhere she goes. This versatile actress hopes to be able to take on movie roles in the future and we wait with bated breath for her silver screen debut.
Apple was also nominated for Best New Comer in MediaCorp Singapore during her first year in the industry and Voted as Singapore TOP20 Sexiest Girl by FHM Magazine for three consecutive years. She also appeared in the big-screen as a leading cast in Jack Neo’s movie – One More Chance (2005).
