2年前拍【同心圆】时的洪乙心…

现在的洪乙心！洪乙心 瘦身走猫步 爱美是女人的天性，就连瘦到不行的洪乙心也嫌弃自己的手臂“肉肉”的、脸很圆。 洪乙心在新剧【特别的爱给特别的你】，饰演模特儿兼单亲妈妈的角色。为了美美上镜，她在演出前两周，拼命健身、勤练瑜伽，前后瘦了1、2公斤。 1、2公斤而已？很多咩？！ 对某些人可能没什么分别；但是对于身材纤瘦的洪乙心来说，少了1、2公斤的“肉”，是十分明显的。她还狠心放弃了最爱的面包、芝士等。 “（在拍这部戏〕之前，我的腰围虽然可能只有22、23寸，可是脸跟手臂还是'肉肉'的，看起来没有现在那么结实。” “我一直懒得运动，也从来没有运动过。但为了拍好这部戏，我就找了健身教练来教我怎样正确塑身，也上了几堂瑜伽课。” 身形变得更结实的乙心，人也显得较“明亮”、开朗，给人一种神采飞扬的感觉。 “有运动跟没运动真的差很多。认识的人看到我就一直问我：‘你发生什么事？！'哈哈… 我想是因为他们从来没有看过那么‘结实’的洪乙心吧。”


洪乙心 的“死穴”在…… 每个人的身上都有“死穴”。女人最难瘦的部位就是腹部、臀部和大腿。 洪乙心的“死穴”就在…“手臂！我不管多瘦，手臂都会‘肉肉’的… 开始运动后，我就学会了瘦手臂的一些运动，例如举哑铃。效果很明显！（语气兴奋）我想我会一直保持（运动）下去，all thanks to 这部戏！哈哈…” 洪乙心在戏里有多场“走猫步”的戏份。身为艺人，在台上走秀对她来说也应该是家常便饭了吧？ “我们一直以为catwalk（走猫步〕就跟走路没什么两样；我上了catwalk课程后才发现身体站立的角度、重量的放置都很重要，跟走路根本不一样！” 洪乙心还在家里自己做“功课”，练习老师教的，想像背后有一块板，身体就能自然挺直走路。“这样其实对背部很好，可以预防驼背！”她笑着说。 那… 她给自己的catwalk技术打几分呢？ “70分吧… 在走台步的时候，导演一直说'屁股扭得不够多！！'” 乙心姐姐，你对自己也太严格了吧？跟其他同剧组演员相较之下，乙心在“天桥”上走猫步，可是1、2个Take，就能成功过关的，姿态更可媲美专业模特儿哦！


陈汉玮在戏中的造型，非常“方老师”

陈汉玮、洪乙心在戏里“相爱”“汉玮是第一个能够给我‘爱’的男人” 洪乙心在【特】中与2位男艺人吴伟杰（Benedict Goh〕和陈汉玮可说是爱得轰轰烈烈，跟汉玮更有多场对手戏。 “这是我第一次跟汉玮合作，之前一直很想跟他合作的！（露出小影迷的兴奋之情）现在我可以光明正大地说，汉玮是我拍戏那么久以来，最能够给我“感觉”的男艺人… 看着他的眼神的时候，就真的有种被爱的感觉！” 这是洪乙心第2次当单亲妈妈，她笑问：“我有单亲妈妈的look咩？”

洪乙心在戏里有不少哭戏。哎哟… 漂亮的单亲妈妈不是每个人都能当的咧~~ 当了2次母亲的洪乙心，可是个会收买小孩心的孩子王后。知道他们喜欢吃什么、玩什么，就会买给他们，戏里的“女儿”在私底下就很爱跟洪乙心玩闹。 “可是，因为她（女儿〕在戏里面演的是一名自闭儿童，所以是不用说话的。我跟其他资深演员就觉得，好好哦，不用背台词！（一脸羡慕的样子〕”孩子心显露无遗。 在剧中，洪乙心有许多赚人热泪的“哭戏”。 每位资深演员都有逼使自己哭出来的“秘诀”，洪乙心的秘诀是…“我看到自己的‘女儿’不会说话、很可怜，或者在心里想象‘自己怎么那么倒楣？'… 我就哭出来了。” “我觉得自闭症的小孩很可怜、也挺辛酸的… 父母给了他那么多的爱，可是却不知道他懂不懂你很爱他，因为他也不会表达。”洪乙心的描述，令我感动许久。的确，“爱”很难说出口，但等待被爱的人更难受。就犹如戏中的乙心在等待女儿回报她的爱，以及一个爱她和她的女儿的好男人。

换上便服，准备回家！

与戏里男主角之一--猛男张耀栋合影号外！洪乙心即将推出第2张专辑 自从洪乙心成为唱片歌手后，到马来西亚的各个角落，似乎都有人认得出她。 “以前去到马来西亚，都很少人知道我是谁；现在去到那里，几乎每个人都认得出我是洪乙心、会一直看，我就会觉得‘哎呀…少了自由’…”有人认得出你，不会高兴吗？“会啊！一方面也会心里‘暗爽’！哈哈…”人啊，真是矛盾哦… 洪乙心的第一张专辑《苹果脸色》卖得满堂红，直至近期，歌曲在KBox还榜上有名。 她竟然说：“可能有些人以为我只会演戏不会唱歌，所以到KTV，就会点我的歌来听听咯！哈哈…我真的很意外，没想到过了那么久我的歌还会在KBox榜上。” 成为歌手的乙心，让我想像到她走进KBox厢房唱自己的歌。卡拉OK系统有自己的歌，应该很高兴、很爽吧。 “可是有一阵子我真的很怕去KBox！我还记得那时候，我刚发片，我朋友就打（电话）给我说：‘Apple！！这里有很多你的poster！’，然后我想像自己如果在场，一定会很不好意思…哈哈！”

Apple was nominated for the new comers award with her pretty looks; she was often saying to be Su Qi and Song Hui Qiao look-alike. Because of this, she achieves many chances to act in different variety show. In year 2001, she was given a chance to join either TCS or Channel U and she decided to lay her faith in Channel U. A little-known fact is that Apple was already a host for a Chinese infotainment programme while pursuing her degree in Malaysia Institute of Arts (majoring in TV production). Adding to her hosting experiences are programmes like (都市男女) and (食不可挡) with famous TV chef Chen Hong in Taiwan. Of the various dramas, Apple has also been involved in many regional co-productions acting alongside international artistes like Ouyang Zhen Hua (欧阳震华), Nick Cheung (张家辉), Anita Yuen (袁咏仪), Qin Han (秦汉), Mi Xue (米雪) and Ng Meng Tat (吴孟达). Apple strikes one as a very affable girl and is a recognized face everywhere she goes. This versatile actress hopes to be able to take on movie roles in the future and we wait with bated breath for her silver screen debut.

Apple was also nominated for Best New Comer in MediaCorp Singapore during her first year in the industry and Voted as Singapore TOP20 Sexiest Girl by FHM Magazine for three consecutive years. She also appeared in the big-screen as a leading cast in Jack Neo’s movie – One More Chance (2005). This EP is penned by some of the most prominent award winning musicians from Singapore and Malaysia (taken more than 18-months to produce), Song arrangements by Mac Chew, Lee Nai Kong, Jamie Wilson (arranged for Sandy Lam, Z-Chen, Emil Chou, A-Do, Richie Ren, 光良 etc), Songwriters Lee Chee Cheng and Fred Chong (written for A-Do, Stefanie Sun, Miriam Yeung, Elva, Z-Chen, Fish Leong,品冠, Kelly Chen etc), Visual and artistic director (including design of album cover) to be helmed by renowned Singapore stylist guru David Gan (Zhang Zi Yi’s stylist) and Bernard Ooi.
